What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SLPs and SLPAs
- Set and maintain high clinical standards and documentation quality
- Partner with OT and PT leadership to deliver integrated care
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new clinicians
- Drive team performance, accountability, and engagement
- Work closely with leadership to support clinic expansion and success
- Help build a strong, positive, and growth-oriented team culture
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Pediatric experience required; outpatient experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience, or readiness to step into leadership
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
