Little Land Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and independent Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home services to children and families across the San Gabriel Valley. This role is perfect for a clinician who thrives working one-on-one in a home environment and values flexibility, creativity, and meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
- Provide in-home occupational therapy services to pediatric clients
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique needs
- Deliver engaging, creative, and functional therapy sessions within the home setting
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support progress outside of sessions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company standards
- Manage your schedule and caseload independently while maintaining high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of California
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a home-based setting
- Creative, adaptable, and resourceful approach to therapy
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and caregiver coaching skills

Additional Information
This position requires travel between patient homes within the service area. Reliable transportation is required.
