About Little Land Camps
At Little Land, school breaks are a time for kids to explore, play, and make new friends.
Our camps are designed to keep kids active, engaged, and excited through creative games, movement activities, art projects, and group challenges.
We’re looking for energetic, responsible Camp Leaders who love working with kids and enjoy leading fun activities in a high-energy environment.
As a Camp Leader, you’ll guide groups of children through exciting daily activities while helping create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where kids can learn, play, and build friendships.
If you love being active, leading games, and making kids laugh, this might be the perfect seasonal job for you.
Seasonal Position
This is a seasonal role that supports our camps during:
- Spring Break
- School Holidays
- Summer Camps
What You'll Do
Lead Fun Daily Activities:
- Lead games and group activities
- Encourage participation and teamwork
- Guide kids through structured camp activities
- Help kids build friendships and confidence
- Keep energy high and make activities fun for everyone
Supervise and Support Campers:
- Supervise groups of children during activities
- Encourage positive behavior and teamwork
- Help kids stay engaged and included
- Create a safe and welcoming camp environment
Help Organize Camp Activities:
- Set up activity areas and materials
- Guide craft projects, games, and group challenges
- Assist with transitions between activities
- Help maintain organized and clean play areas
Work as Part of the Camp Team:
- Coordinate daily camp activities with teammates
- Help keep kids safe and engaged
- Support group management during busy sessions
- Create a fun and positive environment for campers
Who We're Looking For
- Love working with kids
- Have a fun and energetic personality
- Enjoy leading games and activities
- Are comfortable managing groups of children
- Are dependable and responsible
- Work well as part of a team
- Enjoy staying active and engaged throughout the day
Ideal Experience:
- Camp counselor
- Youth sports coaching
- Babysitting or childcare
- Daycare or preschool work
- Leading youth programs or activities
- Teaching or assisting with kids classes
- Passion for working with kids and creating fun experiences is the most important quality.
