š¬ What Youāll Be Doing:
As a Pediatric SLP at Little Land, youāll be helping children find their voiceāsometimes literally. Your days will be filled with joyful noise, engaging play, and meaningful therapy that makes a difference.
šÆ Assessment & Intervention
- Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Design and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each childās unique goals and personality.
- Track progress and modify interventions to keep therapy fun, functional, and effective.
š¤ Supervision & Collaboration
- Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) when applicable.
- Team up with other therapists, caregivers, and families to ensure therapy goals are reinforced at home and beyond.
- Bring your ideas and insights to team meetings and collaborative planning.
š Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely notes and documentation in line with company policy and professional standards.
- Ensure all practices align with applicable laws and best practice guidelines.
š Professional Growth & Quality Assurance
- Stay up to date on the latest in pediatric speech-language pathology and evidence-based practices.
- Participate in team training, continuing education, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Help shape a culture of excellence, curiosity, and improvement.

š What You Bring to the Table:
- Masterās degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensed (or license-eligible) SLP in the state of Texas.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
- Experience with pediatrics is a plusābut a passion for helping kids is essential!
- Skilled in speech, language, and communication assessment and intervention.
- Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills.
- Positive, playful, team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset.
