Little Land Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and relationship-driven Regional Center & Charter School Pediatric Therapy Program Manager to oversee and coordinate services for our Regional Center and school-based programs.

This role is critical in building and maintaining strong partnerships with Regional Centers, Service Coordinators, and Charter School leadership, while ensuring seamless coordination of therapy services for children and families. The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and relationship management are key to success.

 

Relationship Management & Program Oversight

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with Regional Center representatives, including Service Coordinators and leadership teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contracted Charter Schools, including Directors and administrative staff
  • Ensure all services provided align with contractual expectations, timelines, and quality standards
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand services within existing programs

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate IEP meetings, evaluations, and therapy services for school-based and Regional Center clients
  • Manage and maintain clinician schedules for therapists providing Regional Center and school-based services
  • Coordinate communication between clinicians, families, Service Coordinators, and school representatives
  • Ensure timely initiation of services and continuity of care across all assigned cases

Operational Support & Compliance

  • Track referrals, authorizations, and service timelines to ensure compliance with Regional Center and school requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to services, scheduling, and communications
  • Monitor caseload distribution and therapist utilization to support efficient operations
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, service gaps, or stakeholder concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Required: Prior experience working with Regional Centers, school-based therapy programs, or pediatric therapy services
  • Strong understanding of IEPs, service coordination, and school-based therapy processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems, EMRs, and general office software

  • Fast-paced, coordination-heavy role requiring strong attention to detail
  • Combination of administrative work and external stakeholder communication
  • May require occasional travel to schools, meetings, or partner locations
